We have created a proven workflow, from our streamlined pre-shoot organization, to an uncanny technique to efficiently provide a portrait day, to our post shoot image delivery and customer service. Our efficiency, customer service, and image quality are the foundations of our success. We believe that each of these three areas are equally important and without one of them you have failed your duty to your customers. We strive to implement our tried and true system to each league, school, or client with equal efficiency. Every shoot we perform, is pre-visualized and organized with the final image quality in mind. From the camera gear we utilize, to the choice of background, to the time of day, our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible images.

That being said, we do know that not everyone will not have the same opinion about quality as we do, and every image we shoot won’t be perfect. Whatever the reason may be, some images just won’t meet either ours or some customers standards. We fully understand this, and accept it, but it isn’t our intention for any customer to accept a product that is unacceptable. We will be the first to admit that there will be an occasional problem, it is how we handle the problems that sets us apart. If there is a problem, we take care of, bottom line. And we don’t just take care of them because we don’t want a customer telling their friends about a bad experience with us, obviously we don’t want that, but we take care of their problems because we believe it is good business to do so.

Each of our divisions have their uniqueness when it comes to providing quality service, but all of them are founded upon the same goals mentioned above.
