All images on our site have been posted with permission of our client leagues, tournament host leagues, schools, and within our legal rights to post images we photograph and hold copyrights to. Although we present images within our legal rights to do so, we do wish to honor parent requests to not post their child’s image or images. During events or certain photo shoots, it may be impossible to distinguish between children that had parents request that their child’s image not be posted online, therefore if you notice that we have posted your son or daughters image on our website and you do not wish to have their image appear on this website, you must let us know which image number or numbers they are and we will remove them as soon as we can.

Also, we do pre-edit 100% of the images that are viewable on our site for appropriateness. But in doing so, if we are processing an event with hundreds to possibly thousands of images we may erroneously miss a couple of images. Therefore if you notice images on our website that may be inappropriate in nature, due to the pose or angle we may have photographed, please inform us of the image number or numbers and we will examine the images in question and have them removed.
